At Kalpcraft, we are committed to delivering high-quality products. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may request a return, exchange, or refund under the following conditions.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Returns/exchanges are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories.

Custom-made or personalized products, clearance sale items, and products damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear are non-returnable.

Shipping charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

3. Return Methods:

Option 1: Self-Shipping

Ship the product to:

Customers are responsible for self-shipping costs.
Option 2: Pickup by Kalpcraft International

We can arrange for a pickup.

Pickup charges will be paid by the customer and deducted from the refund amount.

1. Inspection & Approval:

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about approval or rejection.
2. Refund Processing:

If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
3. Processing Time:

Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider.
