Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

At Kalpcraft, we are committed to delivering high-quality products. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may request a return, exchange, or refund under the following conditions.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns/exchanges are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

  • The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories.

  • Custom-made or personalized products, clearance sale items, and products damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear are non-returnable.

  • Shipping charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

Return & Exchange Process

1. Submit a Request:

  • Email sales@kalpcraft.com with:
    • Order ID

    • Clear images of the product and packaging

    • Reason for return or exchange

2. Approval & Instructions:

  • Our team will review the request and provide return instructions.

3. Return Methods:

  • Option 1: Self-Shipping

    • Ship the product to:
      Kalpcraft International
      46, Math Madri Road No. 1, Udaipur, Rajasthan 313001, India

    • Customers are responsible for self-shipping costs.

    Option 2: Pickup by Kalpcraft International

    • We can arrange for a pickup.

    • Pickup charges will be paid by the customer and deducted from the refund amount.

4. Processing the Return:

  • An exchange for the correct product, OR

  • A refund if an exchange is not possible

Refund Process

1. Inspection & Approval:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about approval or rejection.

2. Refund Processing:

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

3. Processing Time:

  • Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider.
